Do I need a credit card for my free analysis?
No. Create an account and run one complete analysis without entering any payment details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in two clicks. Your plan won't renew, you keep your paid analyses until the end of the current billing period, and your existing reports stay in your account.
What counts as one analysis?
One creative (an image, or a short video) successfully processed into a report counts as one analysis. Allowances reset every month, including on annual plans.
What happens if an analysis fails?
If processing fails because of an error on our side or our AI provider's, the analysis isn't counted. Your allowance is only used when a report is completed.
Will CreativeDoctor guarantee better ROAS?
No. CreativeDoctor gives you a creative assessment and testing hypotheses based on best practices. It can't predict or guarantee CTR, ROAS, conversions or sales. Your ad results decide what works.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing any time from the billing portal. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
